We're on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse and Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our warehouse and workshop. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating dispatch and logistics, maintaining equipment and tools, and ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and workshop.

Lead a small warehouse team, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met.

Oversee goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using inventory management software.

Ensure workshop tools and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and used safely.

Maintain Work Health & Safety standards and procedures.

Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate repairs, custom builds, or fabrication work as required.

Drive continuous improvements in processes and workflow efficiencies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse and/or workshop management, preferably in a hands-on environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance.

Current Forklift license.

Proficiency with inventory and warehouse management systems.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to embrace change and open to new ideas.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

Certificate III or IV in Warehousing Operations, Logistics, or related field.

First Aid certification.

Experience working in a small to medium business environment.
