The Boland's Centre is known locally as " Cairns Most Beautiful Building "

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our small on-site management team, overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the Boland's Centre, located in the center of the CBD on the corner of Lake Street and Spence Street.

The Boland's Centre comprises a mixture of Offices / Conferencing / Retail - a rare combination of dynamic businesses in a Heritage Award Winning Building comprising over 60 premium office suites, 20 meeting, training, conference rooms and 7 successful retail shops.

Experience

You will have a friendly and positive nature on the front desk while meeting, greeting and interacting with our many wonderful Boland's clients and tenants.

You will also have lots of variety in your new role with added flexibility working as part of our small team with the freedom to work independently as well.

It would be valuable but not essential to have an understanding of Microsoft Office and an understanding of Excel and Xero, otherwise we can easily bring you up to speed

Responsibilities

Working Monday - Friday, you will be able to create rapport with all our regular clients as well as meeting and greeting our new clients with a warm and positive attitude.

The role involves mostly face-to-face interaction with some phone answering and other office related tasks including invoicing, data entry and clerical work.

You may occasionally assist our conference manager from time-to-time.
