Upside Down Therapy is a Brisbane-based paediatric Occupational Therapy service supporting children and families through strengths-based, creative, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. What You'll Be Doing

Managing the day-to-day operations that keep the clinic humming.

Welcoming families and being the first friendly face they see or voice they hear.

Scheduling and managing appointments, cancellations, and waitlists (we use Splose).

Supporting our OT team with everything from booking rooms to ordering assessments.

Uploading and organising client forms, intake paperwork and digital files.

Processing Tyro and Medicare payments, and supporting NDIS and private health billing.

Helping out with our social media, newsletters, and clinic events.

Keeping our reception area tidy, stocked and welcoming.

Basically being the glue that holds us together.

About You

You’re a warm and friendly organiser, with a can-do attitude and a great sense of humour.

You’ve got strong admin or customer service experience.

You’re tech-savvy and love a well-labelled folder.

You’re calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and love helping people.

You love being part of a team and are confident juggling multiple tasks.

Familiarity with Splose, Tyro, or Mailchimp? Even better!
