Factory Floor Manager – High-End Cabinetry

Bankstown | $80k–$100k + Super | Full-time

We’re working with a respected, tight-knit kitchen manufacturer in Bankstown looking for someone to take the reins on the factory floor. The right person will lead from the front, keep things running smoothly, and set the tone for quality and culture.

What you'll do:

Run daily floor operations and manage production flow

Guide and support a team of experienced cabinetmakers

Ensure deadlines and standards are consistently met

Be hands-on and proactive when things need fixing

What you bring:

Trade-qualified cabinetmaker with factory experience

Confident leadership and strong communication

Deep knowledge of kitchen joinery and how to get the best from a team

Organised, switched on, and ready to step up
