We’re working alongside a respected developer & builder with a stellar reputation for delivering high-end homes across Sydney. With several exciting projects across the Northern beaches and Eastern suburbs ranging from $2mil-$20mil set to start in the coming months, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager who can operate independently, take full ownership of the build, and be the sole representative on site—driving quality, timelines, and outcomes with confidence and accountability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking full control of a high-end residential site from groundworks through to handover
• Be able to generate a program of works
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain program dates
• Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of finish
• Monitoring WHS compliance on site
• Collaborating closely with clients, and consultants
• Problem-solving on the go, with a “solutions-first” mindset

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing high-end residential builds ($2M+)
• A background in carpentry or trade qualifications (highly regarded)
• Must have experience with reinforced concrete
• High-end Finishes experience
• Cert IV in Building and Construction
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to drive quality, timelines, and site culture
• A First aid certificate
• A genuine passion for residential construction
