If you're a highly skilled Senior Designer with an eye for detail and a passion for luxury residential and interior architecture, you could be a part of the in-house team to help bring a suite of high-end projects to life.

About the Role
Working closely with the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and documenting some of the most prestigious private residences and boutique developments in NSW.

• Collaborate directly with the clients, stakeholders, and senior consultants to develop and document high-quality designs for interiors and architecture.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation in ArchiCAD.
• Contribute creative ideas to elevate interiors across all projects.
• Ensure the documentation reflects the precision and sophistication expected on high-end projects.

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in architecture or interiors, ideally in luxury residential or boutique commercial projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills.
• A natural collaborator with the ability to work closely and sensitively with private clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a refined design sensibility.
• Experience preparing high-quality construction documentation.
• The ability to deliver under pressure and to exacting standards.
