Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Manager (Beauty + Wellness/Medical Aesthetics)

We’re looking for a smart, self-led marketing and social media manager to bring strategy and structure to our growing online presence. You’ll be managing the marketing across Dr Amy Chahal, The Centre for Medical Aesthetics, and FutureSkin—a first-of-its-kind skin health space based in Rosebery.

You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit team doing big things in the world of skin. This role is ideal for someone with taste, initiative, and a genuine love for the beauty and wellness space. If you understand what moves the needle in digital marketing—and can do it with polish—we want to hear from you.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute the marketing strategy and calendar across all three brands

Manage Instagram and TikTok: planning, posting, community engagement, and reporting

Coordinate content shoots and creative briefs

Write and send email campaigns (EDMs) in Klaviyo

Assist with influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and campaign rollouts

Create captions, copy, and content in line with each brand’s voice

Ensure AHPRA and TGA compliance in all marketing materials

Stay ahead of digital trends while maintaining a premium, elevated aesthetic

💡 About you:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media

Experience in beauty, skin, wellness or health industries strongly preferred

Deep understanding of AHPRA and TGA advertising guidelines or willingness to learn fast

Confident using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Klaviyo, Canva, Later/Planoly

Strong eye for visual content and detail-oriented writing skills

Able to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

Genuinely excited by skin health, aesthetics, and conscious beauty

💼 The offer:
