If you’re someone who knows your way around Instagram and a tripod, loves a smart edit as much as a clever caption, and gets why connection matters in the parenting world—you might be our perfect fit.
We're on the lookout for a proactive, strategic, and experienced Social Media & Content Manager to Wombee (https://wombee.com/) to life across social. You’ll be creating and editing content (mainly video-first), working closely with our Head of Marketing & Partnerships, and helping to build and nurture a seriously exciting brand in the parenting space.

Wombee is your digital mum club. An AI-powered app that connects mothers into the group they actually want to be in—based on parenting stage, location, vibe, and shared chaos. We’re here to reduce loneliness, ease the mental load, and make finding your village feel less like a lucky dip and more like a “finally, my people” moment.
Together, we’re creating a smarter, more connected parenting experience—from the newborn fog through to toddler tantrums and beyond.
🛠️ What you’ll be doing:
Filming, editing, and producing short-form content (mainly Reels & TikToks)
Creating scroll-stopping social posts that actually get shared in group chats
Creating memes, infographics, and all things inbetween to keep things interesting
Jumping on trends to get Wombee SEEN!!
Ideating content ideas and executing independently
Following content strategies and calendars—but also spotting opportunities to evolve them
Working closely with our Head of Marketing & Partnerships to ensure brand tone, visuals, and vibe are consistent and fresh
Championing community, telling real stories, and making social media feel like a friend, not a feed
Can work onsite from BubbaDesk if needed (Founder's other brand), and bring along your child if needed (if aged 0-3 years old)
🧠 What we’re looking for:
Experience working as a Social Media Manager for at least one brand (ideally in the parenting, baby, motherhood or wellbeing space)
Confident in planning, filming, editing and scheduling content independently
Proficient in Instagram and TikTok (you know what works, what’s trending, and what to skip)
Able to work autonomously—this role suits someone who doesn’t need micromanaging
Strategic thinker who can both execute and evolve a content plan
✨ Nice to have:
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools
Comfort being in front of the camera (or directing others who are)
A natural understanding of what mums and mums-to-be want to see, share, and feel seen by
