Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating engaging and captivating social media content? Do you thrive in a fast-paced work environment where creativity meets strategy? We're seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team!

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating ideas, designing content, managing social media accounts, and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Social Media Marketing to plan and execute social media strategies for a number of small to medium businesses.

Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Develop engaging and compelling content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.

Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy.

Foster meaningful interactions with followers and fans to build and nurture an engaged community.

Ensure content is scheduled and published according to the editorial calendar timeline.

Liaise with clients and stay up to date with important dates within their business.

Liaise with Account Managers to ensure the social media strategy aligns with the marketing plan.

Required Skills:

Highly proficient in Canva.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - not essential but highly favourable.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and brand identity.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and meeting deadlines.

A genuine passion for social media and a desire to continually learn and push boundaries.

Non-negotiable: Positive attitude, good sense of humour and ability to have fun!
