With a strong reputation built over 25+ years, we continue to grow - and we're looking for a skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our team.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Advisor to support our Chief Operating Officer across a wide range of generalist HR functions and Recruitment activities.

As we continue to expand through FY26, both organically and through acquisitions, the role will play a key part in change management, employee recruitment initiatives and organisational integration.

You'll work closely with our executive team and support our workforce across all regional hubs, helping drive culture, compliance and capability across the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

HR Generalist Support

Recruitment

Organisational integration

Day-to-day tasks will include:

Developing and maintaining employee contracts, onboarding and induction programs

Supporting training, development, and performance management

Providing industrial relations advice and supporting disciplinary processes

End-to-end recruitment of internal roles

Supporting integration of new teams and acquisitions across our growing business footprint

Partnering with managers and team leads to provide advice, coaching, and practical HR support

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated HR experience across a range of businesses

Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and Awards System

Full Cycle HR capability from recruitment to onboarding, training, performance and offboarding

Strong Communication skills and ability to liaise with remote teams across WA

Hands on approach to HR

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Work with a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Friendly, approachable and nature

Previous recruitment experience, ideally withing trade-based or FM environments

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + salary packaging

5 weeks annual leave

Generous Salary Packaging of $15,900 per FBT Year
