About the role

Carey Group Holdings' is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Malaga, WA office and play a crucial part in supporting our organisation's HR strategy and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation

Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions

Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

Managing employee relations, including investigating grievances and disciplinary matters

Designing and delivering HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development

Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Maintaining and improving HR policies, processes and systems (Success Factors implementation)

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within a medium to large organisation

Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and HR information systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships

Proven track record in managing employee relations cases and implementing HR initiatives

Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related field

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
