Ampersand is delighted to be partnering with a renowned global professional services firm in Perth to recruit an HR Coordinator into their high-performing, collaborative national team.
- Broad generalist HR support across recruitment, early careers, L&D, onboarding, and HRIS management within a high-performing global law firm.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, partnering with business leaders and Partners to drive a positive employee experience and high-performance culture.
- Collaborative and supportive HR team, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow; salary up to $85,000 incl. super.

The Opportunity
This is more than just a coordination role; it’s an opportunity to work across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. You’ll be part of a dynamic national team, where your input is valued and your development is a priority. Expect to:
- Provide end-to-end administrative HR support across the business
- Build strong internal relationships across teams and practice groups
- Get involved in a wide range of projects across the broader HR function specifically within Early Careers and Learning & Development
- Learn from experienced HR practitioners and contribute to meaningful initiatives
You’ll also have access to best-in-class learning and development programs and the chance to collaborate with HR teams across Australia and internationally.
About You
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take the next step in your HR journey. You’ll bring:
- A degree in HR, Business or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience, preferably within another professional services organisation, such as an accounting, consulting, legal or engineering firm.
- A strong client service mindset and an ability to juggle competing priorities
- The confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- A willingness to challenge, learn and grow every day
