The Opportunity

Manage an established, extremely well-maintained portfolio with dedicated team support

Enjoy autonomy while working closely with a high-performing, collaborative team both on and off shore.

Full-time, Monday to Friday role with flexible work options (after probation)

Your Responsibilities

Full end-to-end portfolio management - no accounts

Liaise directly via the industry leading PM operations platform to guide your offshore administration assistant.

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinate maintenance and inspections

Manage NCAT documentation and represent clients at hearings when required

What We’re Looking For

Current NSW Real Estate License

3 years’ min experience in property management

Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

Highly organised individual that embraces technology and innovation.

Strong relationship builder, happy to focus on dollar productive activities and trust our processes and assists to deal with the daily admin.

Experience collaborating with off shore support, highly regarded
