We are seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join a growing team. You will be a key player in supporting day-to-day operations while overseeing junior leasing consultants, all in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Salary: Up to $85,000 package depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a Senior Property Manager in managing properties and daily tasks
• Oversee junior leasing consultants, providing guidance and support in their development
• Conduct open homes and property inspections
• Manage routine inspections and ingoing inspections
• Handle property advertising and marketing efforts
• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries
• Process tenant applications and conduct thorough application checks
• No outgoings, no repairs, or maintenance responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must hold a Certificate of Registration (COR) for Real Estate
• A car is required for the role
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
