About the Role

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for key and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions
• Coach and support hiring managers through best-practice processes
• Drive campaign-based recruitment across multiple disciplines
• Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines
• Reduce third-party dependency with proactive sourcing strategies
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ in recruitment – internal or agency
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Proven success recruiting technical or leadership roles
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS
• Highly organised, with a customer-first mindset
• WA Driver’s Licence (Class C or C-A)

Desirable but Not Essential

• Experience recruiting engineers, professionals, or electrical trades
• Previous exposure to large commercial or infrastructure organisations
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline
