The Role:
We’re searching for a proactive and organised Administration Coordinator to support this high-performing team. If you come from a background in property, project management, architecture, engineering, or construction – and you love keeping things running like clockwork – we’d love to hear from you.
This is a newly created part-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, supportive environment and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to a busy project management team
  • Coordinate diaries, travel, logistics, and team events
  • Manage document control and keep project files up to date
  • Assist with preparing marketing collateral, capability statements, submissions, and reports
  • Maintain internal registers for equipment, software, and licenses
  • Assist with monthly invoicing, expenses, and general office coordination

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong admin experience in property, construction, engineering, or similar sectors
  • Previous exposure to ISO accreditation processes (ideal but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A love of organisation, systems, and getting things done properly
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A can-do, team-first attitude – you’re proactive, detail-focused and love solving problems
