About the role:
Report directly to the HR Manager to support across the HR portfolio.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding
Provide day-to-day HR support across the business
Support policy and procedure reviews in line with legislation
Drive HR continuous improvement initiatives across the Business
Contribute to learning, wellbeing, and employee engagement programs
Maintain accurate employee data and records
Assist with fortnightly payroll
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and be a first point of contact for employee queries

2-3 years experience in similar role
Must have a full drivers license and reliable vehicle.
HR or related qualification, ideal.
