A local team of in-house chemists develops tailored solutions that no competitors offer.

The Role

Secure specification for major projects with engineers, asset owners and Tier 1 contractors

Support major contractors with technical solutions and site visits

Grow revenue across infrastructure, mining and water projects

Build a robust pipeline and report on market trends and opportunities

Work closely with chemists to customise products for each project

Operate autonomously from a Brisbane base while collaborating with national leaders

The Person

Hunter mindset with strong consultative skills

Degree in business, engineering or construction, or 5+ years senior technical sales

Proven specification wins in civil, infrastructure or mining sectors

Deep relationships with key decision makers across Queensland

Direct experience selling and specifying protective coatings or a well-aligned product

Technically credible and confident
