Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and a strong aptitude for technical tasks to join our growing team. This newly created role blends exceptional graphic design skills for print and signage with an opportunity to develop technical expertise in UI/UX, workflow optimisation, and systems integration. You’ll work on diverse projects, from designing eye-catching signage using our industry-leading technology to contributing to streamlined internal processes. Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for print products (banners, posters, vehicle wraps, etc.) and signage using industry-leading technology.

Contribute to the development and optimisation of internal workflow systems to improve efficiency in design and production processes.

Collaborate on UI/UX components for digital interfaces related to signage or client projects, with a focus on user-friendly design.

Assist in writing scripts or programs (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance system integrations, with training provided as needed.

Support cross-platform communication by helping integrate design software, production tools, and third-party services via APIs or custom solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across print and digital outputs.

Utilise design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) to produce high-quality graphics.

Stay updated on industry trends in design, signage technology, UI/UX, and workflow automation.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in print or signage industries.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).

Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing high-quality print and signage designs.

Aptitude for technical tasks, with an interest in UI/UX design and technical workflows.

Basic knowledge of coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or willingness to learn, with company-provided training.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Portfolio showcasing print, signage, and any UI/UX or technical projects is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience with print production processes (e.g., large-format printing, vinyl cutting).

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools for designing user-friendly interfaces.

Basic knowledge of APIs or integrating third-party services into software or production systems, with training available.

Interest in developing and optimising workflow automation systems for design or production environments.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for occasional web-related tasks.

Knowledge of 3D design or animation software (e.g., Blender, After Effects) is a bonus.
