If this is you, CPE Group is looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Communications Assistant to join them and would really like to hear from you.

We’re a provider of Community and Home Care Services for Home Care Packages, Disability Support, Veteran’s Care and Private Care to enable our clients to stay in their own home as long as possible. Everything we do for them is guided by our values of understanding, kindness, and respect — the kind of care we’d want for our own family.

You would join us to

Work alongside our Marketing Manager developing and implementing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Design digital and print materials using Canva, Adobe, Creative Suite or similar tools

Put together events, expos, and community outreach activities, then attend the events to meet the community. Occasionally these may happen at a weekend

Be involved from ground level on a rebrand including updating our website

Track and report on campaign performance

Gather client stories and testimonials to share our impact

Write content for social media, newsletters, and client communications

Be part of a dynamic and committed team

We’re Looking for Someone Who

Holds a qualification in Marketing or Communications or is working towards this

Loves writing content and is good at it

Knows their way around social media platforms and basic design tools

Is organised, proactive, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team

Has experience in the Aged Care and NDIS space or is prepared to take a deep dive and find out about it

Brings creative thinking and a can-do attitude to problem-solving

Cares about those in the community who need support

Shares our values of understanding, kindness and respect, as you will contribute to initiatives that not only drive engagement and awareness but also have a very real effect on the people this touches.
