We seek a Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive to join our Team in helping to grow brand recognition and providing support to our four retail stores. This includes creating, updating and printing (on-site) brochures, designing store signage, vehicle wraps and other marketing collateral.

This role offers a lot of creative freedom, variety and the opportunity to learn many new skills. There is also an opportunity for the right candidate to step into the Marketing Manager role.

About You

You are an expert working with Adobe Creative Cloud, focusing on InDesign & Illustrator.

Have experience in branding, campaign, and advertising work across print, social, and digital platforms

You aren't scared to step outside of your comfort zone to get a project done by learning new skills

You are self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication and organizational skills

You are a creative thinker with the ability to adapt to different brands

You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to create engaging and meaningful content

You are willing to undergo a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) New Workers Check

You are willing to receive the flu and other vaccines as per government & NDIS directives that may be set for the industry.

Your Day to Day

Brainstorm with the marketing team to provide new marketing campaigns and create new product lines.

Use your creativity to design, produce and distribute marketing collateral as required

Support our retail stores by ensuring brochures reflect current products and pricing

Oversee all in-house printing needs and Cannon Production Printer

Liaise with International suppliers to create product packaging, user manuals and more

Think outside the box and assist with content creation that is unique, fun and informative, such as blogs, images and videos

Desirable skills and attributes

Experience in Marketing Strategy and Brand development

Knowledge of how design impacts conversion, engagement, and branding.

Knowledge and experience overseeing, managing and implementing SEO and/or Google Adwords
