We are a dynamic and creative team passionate about pushing boundaries in luxury beauty — and we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help bring our vision to life.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup at the ground level. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to build brand awareness, grow our digital presence, and execute campaign and PR strategies as we scale globally.

Contract role: 5–10 hours per week

Flexible remote work, with in-person team meetings once a fortnight (Melbourne-based)

Ideal for someone currently freelancing or studying, looking to be part of something creatively fulfilling and globally ambitious

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of our social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok)

Plan, design, and schedule content across channels

Assist with influencer outreach and manage PR gifting

Help coordinate collaborations, launches, and events

Contribute to global campaign rollouts and storytelling assets

Track campaign performance and community engagement

Occasionally assist in-person at PR events or photoshoots

About You

Experience in marketing, retail, or creative agencies preferred

Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling

Confident with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Later, etc.)

Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Passionate about beauty, fashion, fragrance, or lifestyle brands

Bonus: You’ve worked with influencers, PR, or managed campaigns before
