The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketer to take ownership of our digital campaigns, email flows, and Instagram content. This is a hands-on role where you’ll blend performance marketing with creative execution to help grow one of the most empowering beauty brands in Australia.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Paid Campaigns (Meta + Google):
Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube). Drive ecommerce growth and lead generation with performance-focused campaigns. Track and report on ROAS, CAC, and conversion data.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo):
Build and optimise automated flows: welcome, cart abandonment, winback, post-purchase. Design and deploy engaging campaigns using existing assets. Write subject lines, headers, and body copy in our brand voice.
Instagram Content Management:
Create and schedule posts using our product imagery and lifestyle shots. Write engaging, brand-aligned captions. Maintain posting rhythm, support campaign launches, and engage with our audience.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years running Meta and Google ad accounts. Solid Klaviyo experience (flows, lists, campaigns). Confident in Canva or similar tools to adapt assets for posts and emails. Strong copywriting skills — you can turn a product into a story. Data-driven mindset with a creative edge. Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brands is a bonus.
Bonus Points For
Shopify admin familiarity (product tagging, collections). Experience with TikTok or Pinterest advertising. Understanding of UGC and influencer marketing.
