Randstad is partnering with a federal government agency to recruit for an APS5 Marketing Officer position based in Geelong. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to behaviour change and awareness campaigns that make a real impact in the community.

🔹 About the Role

You'll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, supporting creative development, content planning, project management, and evaluation. This position is perfect for a marketing professional with a passion for social good, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns from planning to execution and evaluation.

Assist with content creation and implementation in line with accessibility standards.

Manage marketing logistics, including supplier sourcing, contract admin, and budgets.

Conduct research and draw insights to guide marketing strategy.

Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Analyse campaign data and contribute to strategic reporting.

✅ Essential Requirements

Qualifications in marketing or a similar field.

Proven track record in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience in contract management and marketing administration.

Ability to research, analyse, and report on campaign performance.

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

A passion for contributing to meaningful, socially impactful work.
