Your new role

Do you have a specific interest in share trading and investment? Are you looking for the flexibility to work from home on an overnight shift? NAB is looking for a passionate superstar to immerse themselves in the world of Collateral Trading Operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the UK Markets with collateral valuation, risk assessment, and margin calls.
  

• Contributing to continuous process improvement in risk management to reduce potential losses.
  
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, such as the front office, legal team, payments team, and dealers, regarding collateral information.
  
• Accurately verify and manage collateral documents.
  
• Ensuring the workflow is processed in a timely manner.
  

This role is a 6-month temporary contract starting 28th July 2025 with opportunities to extend.
Please note this role requires you to work full-time hours on the overnight shift to support the UK Markets for Collateral (40 hours per week).
The hours will be 5 PM - 2 AM Monday to Friday, working fully remotely (unless necessary to go into the office during the daytime - at 395 Bourke Street).
After daylight savings, work hours will change to follow London business hours, 7 PM - 4 AM.
The base hourly rate is $37.14 per hour + super, excluding shift loading after 7 PM (shift loading will be 1.25x base casual rate).

What you'll need to succeed

• Finance Operations/Banking background.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and macros is highly regarded.
  

• Strong attention to detail
  
• Quick learner and proactive
  
• Strong commitment to working overnight shifts and remotely
