We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to support our Property Management department. This role will work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, offering variety and room for professional growth.

You’ll be supported by a highly experienced and collaborative team, with access to industry-leading systems, training, and mentoring.

Your Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial rental properties

Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor access

Communicating with landlords, tenants, and business owners

Providing admin support and maintaining accurate records

Supporting compliance with current legislation and lease requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in real estate or administration (preferred)

A strong interest in both residential and commercial property

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

High attention to detail and organisational skills

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
