About the Role:
The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations across five simultaneous treatment rooms, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of patient care. The role involves mentoring dental assistants, maintaining strict sterilisation and safety protocols, and supporting a team of 4 dentists and 2 oral health therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clinic efficiency and resource utilisation

Supervise, train, and motivate clinical support staff

Ensure compliance with infection control and accreditation standards

Work closely with the General Manager and Principal Dentist to maintain operational excellence

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting and a current radiation licence

Has experience in a fast-paced, multi-chair environment

Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Presents professionally and brings energy, responsibility, and a solutions-focused mindset

Is eager to embrace digital dentistry and adapt quickly to changing needs
