Having established themselves over 2 decades ago, they've paved the way in Western Australia in the 1st and 2nd home builder market. Due to continued growth they're now seeking to add an experienced Estimator to the pre-construction team, with the opportunity to lead the department

This is an opportunity to work for a values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience, whilst challenging the status quo.

This role would suit someone who is currently an Estimator with a couple of years experience looking to develop and grow or an experienced Scheduler who is keen to transition into Estimating.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years Estimating/Scheduling experience for a Residential builder
• Proficient in Databuild (Advantageous)
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
• Excellent communication skills
