Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong commercial construction expertise to join our client in Perth. This role plays a critical part in driving successful tenders, cost planning, and value management for fitout, refurbishment, and new build projects across education, aged care, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates across D&C and construct-only projects
• Take ownership of tender processes from pre-qualification through to submission
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure buildability and accurate pricing
• Engage subcontractors and suppliers for pricing, scope review, and negotiation
• Lead value management / value engineering exercises to maximise client outcomes
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering documentation to assess scope
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure alignment between cost and buildability
