Caffe Amatrice, a slick Italian-influenced cafe slinging coffees and focaccias in a low-key luxury space in the creative hub of Cremorne. It is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs – Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata) and Alex Brawn (shore-side Williamstown diner Sebastian).
