This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, loves building great teams and understands what it takes to run a seamless, high-quality café and catering operation. You'll be backed by a supportive Venue Manager and Head Office team who will be right beside you as you set the tone and lead the charge.

What You'll Be Doing

Running the show - Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the café, from open to close

Leading the team - Recruit, train, and inspire a team that reflects the warm + creative culture

On the floor - Deliver standout customer experiences and set the tone for exceptional service

Driving quality - Maintain high standards in food, coffee and presentation every single day

Training & developing - Lead ongoing training in service, systems, food safety and product knowledge

Watching the numbers - Monitor costs, manage stock, control wastage and track budgets effectively

Getting involved - Collaborate with the Head Office and contribute to building something truly special

What You'll Bring

A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar café leadership role

A calm, confident leadership style and the ability to create a positive, inclusive team culture

Strong hands-on knowledge of café and catering operations - from FOH flow to cost control

A real love of hospitality - great food, excellent coffee, and memorable guest experiences

A keen eye for detail and quality in both product and service

The ability to manage a roster, monitor spend, and run a tight, efficient operation

A strong sense of ownership and pride - this is your café to lead

Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as required
