✅ Salary: $95,200–$100,000 package + generous commissions (OTE up to $140,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Management of a well-maintained portfolio
• Relationship-focused property management with strong support
• Working alongside a structured team with clear processes
• Using modern systems: PropertyMe, IRE, Airtable
• Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing residential property portfolios (1–2 years+)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to thrive in a structured, high-performing environment
• Current real estate licence and reliable vehicle
• Desire for a long-term role within a supportive, growth-focused team.
