The Role:

This is a junior-level, entry position, perfect for someone looking to break into financial services. Starting as casual, you’ll receive full on-the-job training and move to a full-time role once confident and proficient.

You'll support our client services and finance operations, learning how to assist business clients in obtaining funding for trucks, vehicles, machinery, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

General office admin and support

Scheduling service calls and client follow-ups

Answering phones and calling existing clients to check on their current needs

Assisting with finance applications and documentation

Preparing loan documents and assisting with settlements

What You’ll Need:

A clear, confident phone manner and good written communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in an office or call centre is an advantage

Tertiary education is a bonus but not essential

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: $55,000 – $75,000 + Super

As you progress, you’ll move into a higher pay band
