We are a leading compounding pharmacy across three sites in Balwyn North, East Melbourne and Pascoe Vale South. We make customised medicines and skin care products in our onsite laboratory facility and provide our clients with advice and solutions.

We seek a friendly and engaging customer service assistant to join our growing team. Our customer service team is the face of our business, and we intensely focus on providing exceptional customer service and care. The duties involved in this role include processing sales, answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing online orders, posting items to customers, and assisting customers with information and advice.

While it would also be beneficial for you to have an existing pharmacy qualification, such as a certificate for S2/S3 medications, it's not essential, and we'll get you through quickly. With the right attitude, we can easily teach you the rest.

Qualifications & experience

Pharmacy experience is preferable but not essential

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

With a dedicated work ethic and a team player attitude

S2/S3 Qualification would be an advantage

Strong interpersonal skills along with good organisational skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide customers with healthcare solutions

Maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas

Assist Pharmacists with accurate prescription procedures

Check patient and prescription details
