Why This Role Matters
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group HR Manager will design and deliver an integrated HR service model that accelerates talent acquisition, elevates culture, and hard‑wires compliance across every Villaron entity. Your Balanced‑Scorecard will span Talent, Culture, Compliance and Strategy—so you’ll see the whole picture and own the results.
What You’ll Do
Lead workforce planning and full‑cycle recruitment for trade, professional and executive roles.
Administer employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs and HRIS data integrity.
Ensure 100 % compliance with Fair Work, WHS, apprenticeship and visa‑sponsorship obligations.
Embed performance review, capability and remuneration frameworks aligned to group strategy.
Produce monthly HR dashboards and board packs that turn data into decisions.
Partner with entity GMs and project teams on change management, M&A and culture initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in HR, Business or similar; AHRI certification preferred.
Experience as a senior HR generalist, including recruitment and compliance in construction or related industries.
Hands‑on experience with visa sponsorships and Fair Work awards.
Proven ability to build HR infrastructure from the ground up in a fast‑growth environment.
Data‑savvy mindset with HRIS and Microsoft 365 expertise.
Influential communicator who can coach, challenge and collaborate at all levels.
