Job Summary:

The HR Manager serves as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting both employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle and across all aspects of Human Resourcing.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring a positive workplace culture, managing core HR functions, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to the delivery of the HR Annual Operating Plan.

You can work remotely anywhere in Australia.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will establish training frameworks and programs that will equip our professional and compassionate advocates with the depth, breadth and quality knowledge required to provide holistic support to our veterans during and after their ADF service.
