About the Role:

As the Income Officer, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and integrity of NoosaCare's general ledger enabling accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is part-time, working 3 days per week. Below are some of the position functions:

Resident account receivables.

Setting up new resident admissions into our internal system.

Processing resident bond refunds.

Processing Medicare revenue claims.

Maintaining our internal register of bonds.

Other duties as deemed appropriate within the Finance department.

Ideal candidates have the following qualities:

Experience in accounts receivable processing, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Practical experience with Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience in the Aged Care industry is desirable.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
