- · Staff benefits program with various discounts, and an employee referral bonus.
- · Building your professional network throughout headspace and other organisations.
- · Access to online professional development via headspace Learning and in-services.
- · Joining a positive, inclusive, values-focused team alongside like-minded professionals passionate about mental health.
- · Strong and passionate leaders, who foster great teams and drive engagement.
- · Access to an Employee Assistance Program.
- · Working in a vibrant centre with other staff who are passionate about working in mental health.
About You
You’re committed to fostering community wellbeing and empowering young people through accessible, inclusive, and proactive mental health support. You build relationships easily and communicate clearly. You’re comfortable being in dynamic environments, building strong partnerships, and take pride in delivering impactful programs that create real change.
You bring:
- · Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (such as Community Development, Health Promotion, Public Health, Social Work, or Social/Behavioural Science), or experience in a related field.
- · Ability to conduct assessments using headspace tools, with sound knowledge of risk and safety practices.
- · Experience applying Community Development principles to youth and mental health projects, including planning and delivery.
- · Strong communication skills for engaging diverse groups and fostering partnerships across community sectors.
- · Skilled in research, analysis, and evaluation, with confidence in social media and digital tools to support engagement.
- · Able to travel locally and pitching in after hours on occasion whether it's an evening forum or weekend event.
