Our client, Tandm, is revolutionising the fire protection industry with cutting-edge automation software that streamlines fire sprinkler system design. Their solutions eliminate manual inefficiencies, ensure compliance, and optimise project workflows. They sell primarily to Fire Trade Contractors, Fire Protection Consultants, Design Managers, BIM Managers, and Project Engineers—decision-makers who need smarter, faster ways to deliver their projects.

And right now, we've been tasked with finding an exceptional SaaS Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in scaling Tandm's presence in Australia while driving expansion into the USA and UK markets.

Who are you?

Ideally, you're a hunter – someone who thrives in high-velocity SaaS sales, owns their pipeline, and is driven to win.

With at least five years' experience in SaaS or technical sales (preferably in the fire protection, construction, or related industries), you bring a sharp commercial mindset and a strategic approach to closing deals.

Experience with conducting software demos and managing customer accounts, including onboarding, check-ins, and retention, is desirable.

People are likely to describe you as:

A quick learner and commercially savvy;

Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;

Very goal driven and energetic;

Self-confident but not overbearing;

Someone who enjoys interacting with decision-makers;

A creative and adaptable thinker;

Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations when needed;

Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well-organised way;

Someone who’s open to some outbound, but is mostly excellent at navigating and closing deals.

The gig?

You’ll be at the forefront of Tandm’s global expansion, taking ownership of our sales strategy while working with a structured pipeline of warm inbound leads and actively driving new business. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and growing a strong pipeline – Working with existing inbound leads from LinkedIn, SEO, and email nurturing campaigns while also engaging in outbound prospecting.

Owning the full sales cycle – From initial outreach and discovery to demo, proposal, and close.

Building and managing relationships – Engaging with key stakeholders, including Design Managers, Fire Protection Consultants, BIM Managers, and Project Engineers.

Driving expansion into new markets – Developing scalable sales strategies for the USA and UK.

Collaborating with marketing – Aligning efforts to optimise lead generation and conversion.

Conduct Tandm demos – Conduct software demos to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the product (training provided).

Customer Account Management – Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring that customers derive value from Tandm's offerings. This includes regular check-ins and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with the support of the Sales Support Administrator.
