About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join a well-established finance team. This position will initially commence on a temporary basis, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full Accounts Payable function and assisting with reconciliations and journal preparation, with a focus on using Dynamics 365 (D365).

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of Accounts Payable invoices
• Prepare and post journals into the general ledger
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts and supplier statements
• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and reporting

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer or AP-focused role
• Proficient in Dynamics 365 (D365) and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
