About the role

This is a full-time Accounts and Office Manager role at Central Industries', based in Lithgow, NSW. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and overall office administration of this dynamic organisation. This is an integral position that will support the successful operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations

Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports and budgets

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Overseeing office management duties, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities

Coordinating and supporting administrative tasks, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office support

Acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers

Providing administrative support to the leadership team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts and office management role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial software (Xero ideally)

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
