We are looking for an experienced and motivated customer service professional to join Inside Edge’s National Operations Team. This role operates within "In Life" services, supporting both driver's and employers following the commencement of their vehicle lease.

This includes the seamless transfer of existing leases, oversight and adjustment of leasing budgets and personal delivery of exceptional first point of contact support through our inbound voice and digital channels.

Key responsibility areas include

Customer onboarding & support

Transfer of external and internal leases between employers to Inside Edge

Lease budget management

Fuel & EV charging card co-ordination

Vehicle expense management & maintenance approval

Reporting & administrative support

This position would be ideal for a confident but curious communicator with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks without compromising on accuracy or customer expectations. As a financial services administrator, integrity, timeliness and accountability are key pillars that will be both expected and proudly displayed by the supportive team.
