Now, we’re growing — and we’re on the lookout for a driven, energetic Leasing Consultant to join our high-performing Retention Team.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first call when someone’s lease is coming to an end; help them get into their next car (and their next, and their next!)

Guide employees through quotes, upgrades, insurance add-ons, and everything novated leasing

Form strong relationships with our existing clients and their employees, from frontline workers to C-suite

Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and touchpoints that get people thinking, “I might just lease again!”

Deliver top-notch service that turns customers into repeat customers

Upsell insurance, protection, and other value-add products, always with integrity

Work closely with teammates and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

What You Bring:

Experience in novated leasing, car sales, finance broking, or customer relationship roles in financial services

OR you're a car lover with a background in sales and a knack for tax talk

A confident communicator, someone who can simplify FBT, leasing, and running costs like a pro

Highly organised with solid follow-up skills and CRM know-how

Motivated by targets and driven to succeed, especially when uncapped commission is on the table

A natural people person who listens, solves problems, and makes customers feel supported
