What You’ll Be Doing:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads across various communication channels.

Qualify leads to uncover clients' needs, preferences, and financial situations.

Conduct in-depth consultations to fully grasp their novated leasing requirements.

Offer expert advice on novated leasing options, highlighting the benefits and potential savings.

What You’ll Bring:

Previous sales experience, preferably in novated leasing or salary sacrificing industry (highly desirable).

A knack for consultative selling.

A strong understanding of novated leasing principles and industry trends

$80-$90k Plus Super + Commissions (OTE $170k+)
