The Role
Pure Property Management is looking for an energetic permanent part time Commercial Property Officer with a great attitude to join our Northern Rivers team.
A Commercial Property Officer is responsible for assisting in the management of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained, and performing a range of administrative tasks related to property management. This position is typically an entry-level role, providing a great opportunity for individuals to learn the ins and outs of commercial property management in support of highly experienced, industry leading team members.
As much as we value some property experience and would love to receive applications from experienced candidates, we are also happy to talk to candidates that are leaving school, studying at TAFE or UNI or those who are in the process of returning to the workforce.
The role is currently permanent part time, with a view to move to full time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.
Help coordinate property maintenance and repair work with contractors and maintenance staff.
Perform regular property inspections to ensure the premises are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, rent collection, and other financial transactions related to property management.
Help manage tenant relations, including addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Support the property manager in preparing reports on property performance, including financial statements and occupancy rates.
Assist in marketing and advertising of available commercial spaces.
Ensure that properties comply with all legal requirements and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in the area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Commitment to working towards obtaining NSW Class 2 License.
Reliable Car and Driver's License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
