We’re a boutique financial planning and mortgage broking firm based on the Sunshine Coast. Known for our values-led approach and genuinely supportive service, we’re growing fast — and ready to bring on an experienced Mortgage Broker who’s excited to grow with us.

You’ll step into a role with strong support, a steady stream of high-quality clients (including a growing refinance book), and the opportunity to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.

We’re open to either full-time or part-time, depending on experience. Whether you’re a seasoned broker or looking to level up with the right backing — let’s talk.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the full lending process end-to-end — from discovery to settlement

Working closely with our financial planners to create holistic strategies

Supporting warm referrals from both new clients and our existing book (you won’t be starting from scratch)

Advising across a range of lending needs — from first homes to complex investment or SMSF loans

Helping clients feel confident, clear, and empowered in their decisions

Staying sharp on lender policy, product knowledge, structures, and credit criteria

Who you are:

At least 2 years of experience in mortgage broking

Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking + MFAA or FBAA accreditation

Confident managing loans end-to-end with minimal hand-holding

Comfortable structuring deals and clearly communicating lending options to clients

Based on the Sunshine Coast — hybrid to start, with a future office in the works
