Salary: $75,000 base per annum (plus superannuation and competitive commission structure)

About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker you'll be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Loan Origination: Conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses and researching suitable loan products from our extensive panel of lenders to present tailored solutions.

Application Management: Guiding clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted efficiently.

Negotiation & Advocacy: Liaising effectively with lenders on behalf of clients to secure optimal rates and terms.

Compliance & Best Practice: Adhering strictly to NCCP, ASIC, and industry regulations, maintaining accurate records, and upholding the highest ethical standards.

Market Awareness: Staying abreast of market trends, lender policy changes, and new product offerings to provide informed advice.

Business Development: Actively seeking new client opportunities through referrals and digital networking.
