We’re on the lookout for an experienced Mortgage Processor or Gun Admin Guru to join our growing team at Mortgagetec.

About the role:

In this role, you'll be right in the thick of things, handling loan processing and managing applications from start to finish. You’ll keep everything on track, managing deadlines, documents, and all the moving parts of the mortgage process. It’s a fast-paced role, but you’ll have solid systems in place and a supportive team around you. You’ll also jump in with general admin tasks and team support when needed—around here, everyone’s happy to pitch in.

Who we’re after:

We’re looking for someone with experience in mortgage processing or loan admin—this isn’t a beginner role, so you’ll need to know your way around applications and lender processes. But we’re not expecting decades of experience either. If you’ve got a solid foundation and are looking to take your skills to the next level, we’re more than happy to provide mentoring and help you grow into the role.

You’ll need strong attention to detail, be comfortable juggling deadlines, and have the confidence to keep everything running smoothly. Good communication is essential too—whether it’s with clients, lenders, or the team, you know how to keep things moving.
