If you need hand-holding, this isn’t your fit. We want someone who can plug into a system, pick up the phone, and close. You’ll be backed with qualified leads, SOPs, admin systems, and tech — but you’ll need to bring the hunger, speed, and skill.

🧩 Your Core Responsibilities

Manage warm, qualified leads through the full lending process (Consumer & Commercial)

Submit deals via our CRM with accuracy and speed

Maintain daily pipeline updates

Follow up with clients, lenders, and vendors like a pro

Hit volume, compliance, and conversion targets

Be a trusted expert — clients should feel the confidence

🎯 Success Looks Like:

$30K+ monthly settled volume (baseline)

Fast lead response (<15 mins)

CRM and pipeline clean, updated, and on-point

Minimal errors, zero excuses, own your lane

Clients and lenders love working with you

You close what you touch

✅ You’ll Crush This Role If You Are:

Hungry, coachable, and fast-moving

Independent and don’t need to be micromanaged

Systems-driven and process-respectful

Organised with strong time-blocking and follow-up

Excellent communicator — written and verbal

Confident on calls and can handle objections with ease

🥇 Bonus Points If You:

Have 1+ years experience in asset or car finance

Have a Cert 4 in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or working towards one)

Can bring your own referral network or dealership relationships
