Our client, the world's leading manufacturer and maintainer of people-moving products, is looking for a highly organised New Equipment Sales Administrator to join their Sydney team.

About the role:
Acting as the key link between sales and international manufacturing partners, this role supports the full sales lifecycle-from lead qualification and quoting to client liaison and order coordination. Ideal for a detail-focused, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotes from project drawings and specs.
• Liaise with the factory (mainly China) for pricing and specifications.
• Manage communications between sales and factory ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver complete booking packages post client acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts for smooth project progress.
• Track project timelines and maintain clear records.
• Support customer presentations and keep product knowledge current.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Coordinate post-sales logistics as needed.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year experience in sales support or project coordination
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong organisational skills, multitasking, and deadline management
• Confident communicator with proficient spoken and written English
• Fluency in Mandarin would be highly desireable but not a requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Business or related tertiary qualification preferred
• Experience in lift, construction, or engineering is a plus
• Proactive team player with accountability and excellent service focus
